We believe that our students have a right to receive a quality education, to learn in a safe, protected, and disciplined environment; they should be encouraged by the academy, the parents and the community to manifest their dreams through self-actualization. The Chicago Military Academy at Bronzeville employs a military structure to concentrate on academic achievement and individual responsibility. A combined focus on math, science and engineering and personal accountability guides cadets through functional roles within the school. Cadets will graduate to attend college as lifelong learners having realized progressively greater capacities for inquiry and leadership.
Mission Statement The Chicago Military Academy High School at Bronzeville mission is to prepare cadets for college and postsecondary success through a rigorous and relevant college preparatory curriculum. With the military model providing a project-based structure, cadets are introduced to leadership and cooperative, applied academic work in math and science. Motto: “Pride and Respect” |
